Paris Finest Restaurant View
Paris has many fine dining restaurants, so many how could any one choose just one. The Jules Verne, located in the Eiffel Tower makes an earnest case to be that one restaurant. The view of the city is remarkable, a private elevator, and a winning wine list, are three features that make the Jules Verne an excellent choice for a special occasion or romantic meal. And considering it is the only restaurant like it in the world it’s uniqueness is enhanced. The second we passed through the entrance and were greeted by the first Mater-die until returning in the private elevator after looking at the panorama of Paris everything about the experience was polished, honed, and preformed artfully. Remember thought to bring the bank as the prices match the luxury, lunch for two with wine was $320. However, the fixed price menu included 3 courses, plus everything that came to table. Pay the extra for fixed price if possible, it is worth it. In keeping with French tradition, when dining, on haute cuisine the meal includes, in the fixed price menu, a few extras to taste between courses: small break sticks, a small side dish, 2 breads, a second desert assortment , and bottled water. This afternoon feast will leave any diner filled, and their palette pleased. The restaurant is Michelin rated, and the concept is remarkable. It was a unique experience made even more pleasant by a friendly wait staff and very good cuisine. Photo as seen in The Sydney Morning Herald Images courtsey of Carbon Fiber carbonfibergear.com
